Mother’s Day is May 13 and Father’s Day is June 20 – just
around the corner! As many of us think
back to where we learned about handling money, it was mom or dad who first
showed us the way.
Yet some people did not have a mom and dad to show them how
to manage their money. That’s where
Beacon of Knowledge Ministry helps. BOK
Ministry helps families to create a spending plan and learn to save. Some are struggling with debt, so we help
educate them on how to properly handle debt and create a plan to eliminate
it. Many are coming to understand what
true stewardship looks like – how we can use our finances to honor God.
Honor your mother and father, or grandparent, sibling or
friend, with gifts to Beacon of Knowledge Ministry this year. Every day is Mother’s Day and Father’s Day
here at BOK Ministry as we help men and women provide a better life for
themselves and their families through financial education and outreach.
This year, BOK Ministry makes it easy to give a tribute gift
with our new printable card. The cover
is a collage of photos from our various workshops and outreach programs. Whether combined with flowers or sent in the
mail, it is a tangible way to give a gift that lasts all year.
